Booked A Non Smoking, Whole Room Smelled Like Smoke

The room was comfortable and the hotel was close to the highway.

This hotel seems to be the best option to stay at, everything here is good, the staff are friendly, and the room we stayed in was clean and had two double beds.

Beds were firm and comfortable... not the super soft kind that leaves you with a backache in the morning. Good selection of cable TV channels and free WiFi. USB chargers by the beds were helpful! Also, good working fridge in the room and an ice machine on the lower level was a nice bonus to fill up my cooler with ice. Good location close to the highway and within walking distance to several places to eat.

Shower could have been a little cleaner. I also saw a "ring" of residue on the nightstand from a drink that was obviously NOT wiped down. Door seals on the outside doors need to be replaced. I could see light shining through into our room and smoke smell was coming in from people smoking on the balcony. I think it's safe to say the pool is permanently closed (it was filled in and leveled off and made into an extra parking area).

Lobby was being retiled so no place to have breakfast but they still had some food out and coffee was available and you could take food back to room to eat.

The staff members were all amicable. The rooms were immaculately clean and relaxing with double beds and nice decor. The hotel's location was central to several places to eat. It was also conveniently located just 2 miles away from Peoples Baptist Church.

The rooms were clean, the staff came by everyday with fresh linen and toiletries.

The location is right off a major interstate, when leaving you must turn right, no left turn available, then drive approx 3/10th of a mile before you can turn around to travel in the other direction. rush hour on Friday is beyond terrible.

Tough location. Anywhere you had to go you had to U turn to get back too the hotel and the traffic was tough

The room was relaxing and fairly quiet, with climate control, a safe box, and a TV set. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to various eateries and amenities.

The management was very friendly and the room was very clean. Would highly recommend the motel.

The hotel is centrally located near many dining options. The room is fantastic with two double beds, a nice shower, and lovely decor.

Value. Paid $125 total for two rooms with double beds. Rooms were clean. TV, phone, fridge, microwave, AC, lights, outlets, shower all worked fine. Individual toiletries. Good location - close to highway, shopping, and restaurants.

Inspection certificate in lobby gave them a score of 85%, seemed mostly due to condition of beds/bedding and a cleanliness/sanitation issue. Beds were not very comfortable, and did not even have fitted sheets, just a flat sheet that slid all over the place. They didn't have bedskirts either, so the boxsprings were visible. Comforters had large stains on underside. Wifi barely worked at first, then not at all. Neighbor's bathroom wall was visible through our bathroom vent, and ours through theirs... hugely awkward and weird. Didn't realize until we saw their light go on and heard vent running. Tried to stay out of bathroom after that.

The carpet in my room smelled like dog urine. If a Hotel offers pet friendly rooms, rooms should not have carpet!!
